A WALKER was bitten by a husky as she walked her own pet at Dovedale.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack which happened at 3.30pm on Sunday.
Officers say a couple were walking their dog along a path when the husky/Samoyed breed dog jumped up at the woman and bit her.
The dog was described as "white and very fluffy."
