TWO motorists were taken to hospital to be treated following a collision in Draycott.
A 28-year-old Oakwood woman and a 21-year-old man fro Draycott were involved in the accident, which saw their Volkswagen Gold and Seat Altea collide.
It happened at 2.35pm yesterday in Derby Road, Draycott, and the road was shut for around an hour while the vehicles were recovered.
A police spokesman said: "Both motorists were taken by ambulance to the Royal Derby Hospital as a precaution.
"They suffered minor injuries."
