SHEFFIELD United have announced the signing of midfielder Ben Davies on a free transfer.
Davies, whose contract with Derby County expires at the end of this month, has agreed a one-year deal with the Blades.
The 33-year-old had a loan spell with the League One club during the 2013-14 season and is reunited with former Rams boss Nigel Clough.
Ex-Derby striker Chris Porter, meanwhile, is staying at Bramall Lane after also agreeing a one-year contract.
"Chris and Ben are well known to the coaching staff and we're delighted that they are on board for next season," said Clough.
"Both contributed to our success last season and we hope they will do the same when we kick off the new campaign."
