THIS time last year I forecast that Derby County would finish in the bottom four. Well, we all know what happened after that.
I also said that Derby would go nowhere with the current squad. Thankfully those players proved me wrong.
I believe the foundations have been laid for a bright future by Steve McClaren.
I believe with a couple of new signings and an injury-free squad, Derby can do well. They have the right management team in place and if the players perform, then there is every reason to be optimistic.
