HAT-TRICK hero Chris Martin reflected on a "devastating" second-half display from Derby County in their 5-1 victory over Blackpool.
The Rams trailed at half-time to Isaiah Osbourne's third-minute header but hit back in style after the break.
Martin hit two penalties and one from open play, with Craig Bryson and Richard Keogh also on target at the iPro Stadium.
"All credit to the lads - it was a good all-round display," said Martin.
"It was devastating second-half performance from us and Blackpool couldn't quite live with the tempo.
"They gave away a couple of penalties and we came away with a great win."
The former Norwich City striker added:"At half-time, we were a little bit frustrated, with the manner of their goal and the fact we hadn't scored.
"We weren't exactly lacking chances, so we knew that a goal was going to come.
"We kept plugging away and the key was the early goal in the second half.
"We just kicked on from there and the performance from then on in was pretty special."
