A 32-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with growing cannabis following a police raid on a house in Chaddesden.
Officers executed a warrant at a house in Field Lane on May 14 and found suspected cannabis plants being grown inside.
Leon Byrne was arrested at the time and has now been charged with production of the class B controlled drug.
Byrne, of Field Lane, Chaddesden, is due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court on Friday, July 18.
