STEPHEN Brooks, of Wolverley Grange, Alvaston, was fined £600, ordered to pay £85 costs, a £60 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six points for failing to give the police information about who was driving a vehicle believed to be involved in an offence in Ripley on or after January 21.
SHOLA Aziegbe, 43, of Wood Road, Chaddesden, was fined £400, ordered to pay £35 costs, a £40 victim surcharge, and had his license endorsed with six points for driving without insurance in Osmaston Park Road on December 27 last year.
TAMZIN Beard, 18, of Cambrian Way, Swadlincote, was fined £67, ordered to pay £35 costs, a £20 victim surcharge and had her license endorsed with six penalty points for speeding in Union Road, Swadlincote, on February 24.
DOMINIK Pawlak, 24, of Arundel Street, Derby, was jailed for 10 weeks for three counts of criminal damage on December 13 and June 21 and failing to surrender to custody on December 24.
