Jeremy Kyle has been filming with East Midlands Ambulance Service for a ITV documentary.
The daytime TV talkshow host spent 12 hours this weekend working on a first responder vehicle.
During the shift - from 7pm to 7am - they responded to nine calls in Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Louth.
Jeremy worked with Steve Pratten, community response manager at EMAS. Mr Pratten said: "He was working on a first-responder vehicle.
"They were filming EMAS going to drink-related calls for a six-part documentary.
"He started his shift in Scunthorpe, then went to Grimsby, Louth, back to Grimsby, and back to Scunthorpe.
"Because of the nature of the calls we were going to, there were some quite fraught situations.
"People immediately recognised him.
"We picked up several medical calls as well."
The documentary is due to be shown on ITV later in the year.
