No separate penalty was issued for driving while using a mobile phone and without an MOT certificate.
JAKOSLAV Tokar, 30, of Society Place, Derby, was fined £200, ordered to pay £35 costs, a £20 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for three months for driving without insurance in Lower Dale Road, Derby, on January 16.
ASHLEY Maloney, 35, of Becket Street, Derby, was handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on June 17.
CLAIRE White, 39, of Porter Road, Normanton, was handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge for being drunk and disorderly in Trocadero Court, Normanton Road, Derby, on June 29.
ALEXANDER Britton, 25, of Grampian Way, Long Eaton, was fined £80, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and had his driving licence endorsed with three penalty points for speeding in Wyvern Way, Derby, on January 26.
