A PRISONER who escaped from a Derbyshire prison has been jailed again.
Andrew Taylor was serving part of an 88-month sentence for robbery when he left HMP Sudbury on August 28.
The 25-year-old was re-captured two days later at a property in Boythorpe Road, Chesterfield, and was subsequently charged with escaping from lawful custody.
Taylor, of no fixed abode, has now pleaded guilty at Derby Crown Court and was sentenced to seven months in prison, which will be added to his 88-month term.
He was handed his original sentence at Derby Crown Court in February last year.
