DERBY County forward Simon Dawkins played for an hour and scored twice on his return to action today.
Dawkins struck in each half as Derby County beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 3-1 in a Barclays Premier League Division Two fixture at the Sir Jack Hayward Training Ground.
Substitute Alban Bunjaku grabbed the Rams' other goal before Wolves pulled one back late on through Ibrahim Keita.
Dawkins has been out for a month with a hip-flexor injury.
Midfielder Paul Coutts completed the 90 minutes as he continues his comeback from a similar problem while defender Jake Buxton also played the full game.
Dawkins put Derby ahead after 25 minutes and doubled the lead nine minutes after the break before Bunjaku added a third goal on 77 minutes.
