SHIFTS: Working anti-social hours can age the brain, scientists warn

Working shifts can prematurely age the brain and dull intellectual ability, according to scientists. A study in the journal Occupational and Environmental Medicine indicates that a decade of working anti-social hours can age the brain by more than six years.
