A 22-YEAR-OLD Chellaston man has been arrested on suspicion of robbing a pregnant woman at a bus stop.
The man is currently in custody having been arrested this morning in Chellaston.
The 32-year-old victim had her handbag snatched as she stood at the stop in Derby Road, Chellaston, near to the Tesco Express store.
She told police a man walked up from behind her and grabbed her bag, which contained cash and bank cards.
The victim was not seriously injured but was taken to Royal Derby Hospital for a check-up.
The robbery happened at about 8.30pm on Wednesday.
