AN elderly man had to be cut from his car following a crash in Derbyshire.
Firefighters were called to the incident, which happened on the A517 in Hulland Ward, at about 9.40am today.
A spokesman for Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service said fire crews used cutting equipment to release the man.
He was left in the care of the ambulance service. Police also attended.
Crews left the scene at about 11.05am.
