A MAN who died in a collision on Osmaston Road on Friday has been named as 23-year-old Samuel Tsehay.
Mr Tsehay, of Marlborough Road, Allenton, died in the incident, which was believed to have involved an HGV, though a police spokesman said the vehicle was "unknown".
The crash happened close to the junction with Shaftesbury Street just before 1pm on Friday.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by driving without due care and attention after the incident.
