DERBY County have released five out-of-contract players.
They are defenders James O'Connor, Valentin Gjokaj and Michael Hoganson, striker Callum Ball and goalkeeper Ross Atkins.
O'Connor is on his way back from a ruptured thigh muscle that has sidelined him since September.
The 29-year-old suffered the injury while on loan at Bristol City.
His last league game for Derby was in a draw at Charlton in December 2012. He made 23 appearances for the Rams following his free transfer from Doncaster Rovers in the summer of 2012.
Gjokaj, 20, made six appearances last season and has been on loan at Barnet this season while Hoganson, a 20-year-old full back, had a spell at Alfreton.
Ball spent all season out on loan.
The 21-year-old has been at Torquay United and Notts County.
His record for Derby was three goals in 31 games.
Atkins has been on loan at Alfreton Town FC and Crawley Town this season. He has also played for Burton Albion two years ago.
