A DOG walker got home to find jewellery had been stolen.
The woman left the house, in Derby Road, Ilkeston, with her dog, at 10am on Tuesday.
When she returned at 1.30pm she noticed a living room window had been forced open and items missing.
Police say the haul included a ladies watch, a gold pendent, Chanel earrings and a bangle.
