POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a takeaway window was damaged and three people assaulted following a disturbance in Derby.
The incident happened on Becket Well Lane between 3am and 4am on Sunday, June 8.
A door window was damaged at the Sista Spice takeaway by a man, who is believed to have run from the scene and is then alleged to have assaulted a 25-year-old woman near to A.B. Fast Food.
A Derbyshire police spokeswoman said the woman thought to have been knocked unconscious by the assault and taken to hospital, where she was treated for bruising and swelling to her head and jaw.
Officers said an 18-year-old man suffered a cut to his arm and a 29-year-old woman suffered bruising to her nose after it is believed they were assaulted by the same offender further along the street.
The offender was last seen running along Becket Well Lane towards Macklin Street.
He is described as being white, aged in his 20s, with short hair. He was wearing a light coloured shirt and dark trousers.
