A NEW set of plans for the former American Adventure Theme Park site have been submitted.
The plans would see 300 homes built as well as 500 jobs created through businesses on the Shipley Park site.
The scheme includes up to 307 residential units, a retirement village, a neighbourhood centre, hotel and restaurant and a garden centre.
Waystone Developments, the company behind the application, previously submitted a plan for the site that was thrown out by officials at Amber Valley Borough Council.
It was labelled a "dog's breakfast" and councillors refused the scheme.
The plans are an outline application with aspects open to change.
A decision is likely to be made on November 3.
