NOTTINGHAM Forest defender Jack Hobbs has been ruled out until due to an ankle injury.
Hobbs suffered the injury during last month's 1-1 draw against Derby County.
The former Leicester, Hull and Liverpool centre-back had an operation this week and faces at least three months out in total.
Forest head physio Dave Galley, formerly of Derby, said: "He's having a week of non weight-bearing and then we'll graduate his recovery from there.
"He'll be like a new signing come Christmas."
