A SIX-MONTH-OLD calf had to be rescued by firefighters after becoming stuck in a cattle feeder for five hours.
Fire crews attended the incident in Bridge Road, Denby, shortly after 10.30am today.
A Derbyshire fire and Rescue Service spokesman said it was believed the calf had been stuck for around five hours.
Crews from Heanor and Matlock released the cow with the assistance of a vet.
